Is Jamie Lynn Spears about to pay out big time to keep her baby??? Now that she and baby Maddie’s daddy, Casey Aldridge are kaput, sources say that he is threatening her with a custody battle if she doesn’t fork over some cash. A source for the National Enquirer claims “Casey’s mom was overheard saying that if he wants financial stability, then he should fight for custody so Jamie Lynn would have to pay him child support. His family told him he could be another Kevin Federline and rake in the cash by being a stay-at-home dad!”

Friends of Casey say that he truly just wants whats best for his daughter. “We know he does truly love Maddie, and he’s not big on the idea of a nasty court case. But money is a driving force, and he’s weak when it comes to his mom and what she tells him to do. He’s really torn.” Looks to me like Jamie Lynn may not have a choice but to pay up!
