Heidi was born on September 15, 1986 in Crested Butte, Colorado and is best known for appearing in the MTV reality series, “The Hills.” Heidi grew up in Crested Butte and her parents owns a popular restaurant named The Timberline Restaurant. After graduating from high school, she moved to San Francisco to attend the San Francisco Academy of Art. It was there, on the first day of that she met her future best friend, Lauren Conrad. At first, Heidi was unimpressed by a crew of MTV cameras in her room, but as she got to know Lauren, they became inseparable, and after only one semester at San Francisco Academy of Art, the pair transferred to the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles. Lauren moved into Heidi’s apartment complex and the premise for the “Laguna Beach” spin-off was made.

Heidi catapulted to stardom after appearing on “The Hills” and was very well-liked by the general public. Despite never attending any of her s at FIDM, she decided it would be her best intentions to drop out and pursue her dream in Public Relations. She served as an intern at Bolthouse Productions but has been promoted to Event Planner. After an on-going feud with her now ex-best friend, Lauren Conrad, over allegations of her starting a rumor about a sex tape of Lauren and her then boyfriend, Jason Wahler, the pair no longer speaks.Heidi resides in Hollywood, California with her husband, Spencer Pratt.
